Saxophone solos, Sunday school singing, hearty warm lunch and good fellowship: what more could a man ask for? This was the experience of the fathers in the Delft Bishop area on Fathers’ Day 2011. Celebrating the special day dedicated to all fathers on 19 June 2011, Bishop Thompson and the rectors of the district shared special moments and messages of appreciation with those gathered. From the smiles on the faces of the fathers as they left, this first time event in the district will definitely not be the last.
