Going to a meeting for the first time leave most people a bit nervous at first, and this could have been so for the newly confirmed Youth of Arcadia, Gelvandale and Korsten districts.

The warm welcome they received, however, quickly dispelled all those fears. During their first Youth divine service held at the Verkenner Primary School hall in Kabega Park on 26 June 2011, Bishop F. Flores encouraged them, together with the rest of the youth, to show courage in our faith, confidence and love we have for God and His work. Adding to the joy of the occasion, Bishop Flores, who also celebrated his birthday on the day, mingled with the youth as they enjoyed moments of fellowship after the divine service.
