District ministries conference in Port Elizabeth

 The district ministries assisting Apostle H Swartbooi spent the week-end of Saturday 25 to Sunday 26 April 2009 in the company of their Apostle.

 Although this week-end will be remembered by all for quite some time, it wasn’t an outing of fun and relaxation. At the conference, which was held at the Coca Cola Conference Centre in Port Elizabeth, the focus was placed intensively on the improvement of pastoral care in the area. The Apostle used 2 Corinthians 6:3 as the foundation for the conference and at the close of proceedings everyone enjoyed a joint supper before preparing for the Sunday divine service.

The ministers who attended the conference held services in various congregations in and around Port Elizabeth and at all of these venues they had fellowship with the retired ministers and their wives after service. That afternoon Apostle Swartbooi conducted a divine service for all the ministers of the Arcadia Bishop Area before they left on their various ways home.
