With a planned weekend away in Montagu which is located in the Breede Valley the youth of Parrow Park had to do something special to raise enough funds for the weekend away. They decided to invite everyone in the surrounding area to a car wash on Saturday 29 August 2009 where every car owner who had their car washed would receive a free burger. With a free burger as the drawing card there is no way anyone could have resisted.
