Out of Africa, was the theme for the end of the year activity hosted by District Elder C Dreyer for all the ministers and their wives of the Pacaltsdorp district.

The event created a buzz of excitement within the district with the ministers’ wives feverishly discussing options as they planned their attire around the theme of the evening. When they arrived at the venue on Sunday 6 December 2009 they found the place beautifully decorated depicting the sights and sounds of Africa. Besides being treated to a delicious meal they were introduced to the various African tribes that can be found across the continent and taught to sing a traditional song. The evening was a tremendous success with everyone enjoying the lovely traditional dishes that were prepared for them.
