On Friday 6 November 2009 Bishop C Classen held a conference at the Dennekraal conference centre to which all district ministries and rectors from Kensington bishop area were invited.

 The main focus of the gathering was to identify and interpret the leadership style that they as leaders have. This was done by means of self evaluation and personal mastery. The exercise proved to be exciting and challenging as it took those in attendance on a journey of discovery to find their true self. With this knowledge they were then equipped with the necessary skills to face the various challenges that comes their way as leaders.
Bishop Classen also took the opportunity to wish District Elder R Worship well as he celebrated his birthday on that day. After challenging sessions of training the leaders went their separate ways with new insights and skills to lead.
