On the evening of Tuesday 24 April 2009, District Elder M Weber accompanied by Community Evangelist L Geduld and Priest C Page
conducted an Emergency baptism on baby Kidar Noah Kasper at the Intensive Care Unit of the Red Cross Children’s Hospital.  

A month ago a baby boy was born to the Kasper family and has since been on life support. This baptism brought much joy and comfort to the family. They were also heartened by knowing that during this difficult time their gift from God was being remembered by the congregation in prayer.  

We will also remember baby Kasper in our prayers.
