 22 May 2010“With this performance you have moved us” these were the words of the Chief Apostle after the concert on Saturday evening in Silvertown.
The musicians, choir members, soloists and conductor alike were complimented on a wonderful performance that thoroughly entertained the audience. “It is also the enthusiasm with which you perform that is evident and we would like to do the same,” was the comment the Chief Apostle made.
There was definitely something in the programme for everyone and especially the children’s choir that brought a touch of Africa to the performance stole the hearts of those present. We cannot neglect to mention the touch of humour that the three tenors brought to the performance.
We look forward to the DVD of this concert.
