There they found warmth

DA Serv Franschhoek 178-640
Nestled in the vale of the Drakenstein mountain ranges lies a town where, during winter months, cold weather conditions prevail: this town is Franschhoek, founded during 1688.

These wintery conditions could however not dampen the spirit of the members of the congregation of Franschhoek, who anticipated the visit of District Apostle Noel Barnes on Wednesday 23 June 2010.
The District Apostle, joined by the resident Apostle M Arendse as well as Apostle J Stephens and Bishop C Van Wyk, were greeted by exuberant Sunday school children as they entered the church grounds.
Some 260 members filled the hall, awaiting blessed encounters. The laws of love, faith, grace and forgiveness prevailed as the members listened to the word brought to them.
The joy of this festive moment in the house of God will forever linger on in their hearts.
