On Thursday 4 April 1985 Sonja Fransman, the bride of Andrew Bailey, walked down the aisle.

25 years later the couple made their way to the altar of the congregation of Macassar.  During the divine service on Sunday 28 March 2010, District Elder J Lee bestowed the Silver Wedding Anniversary blessing upon the couple who celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary a few days later.
