Sweet gift from God

Sunday 10 January 2010 was a day on which the congregation of Belmont Park was taken to a spiritual high. On this day Apostle J Stephens arrived at the altar where he conducted a divine service in the midst of longing souls yearning to receive word and sacrament.

During the divine service nine souls were added to the fold through the Act of Holy Sealing after which the ordination of four priests and three deacons was witnessed by those present. The festivities did not end there: Community Evangelist John Sullivan and his wife, Eileen, were called to the altar where the Silver wedding anniversary blessing was bestowed upon them. This blessing was a sweet gift from God that will carry them on their way.
