Bishop J Bucchianeri conducted a divine service in the congregation of Northpine on Sunday 20 December 2009.

 It was during this divine service that an enduring love story reached another milestone. The promise made more than 50 years ago resulted in the Golden wedding anniversary blessing being bestowed upon Christian and Christina Slingers.
