Priest Matthew Loock served as a minister for a number of years.

During a divine service conducted by Bishop C Van Wyk in the congregation of Klapmuts, on Sunday 9 May 2010, the members of the congregation bid the Priest a fond farewell. The Bishop thanked him for his loyalty in the service of the Lord before removing the responsibility of the ministry from him and placing him into a well deserved retirement.
