After weeks of practicing and harmonizing with harmonica and guitar accompaniment, the Golden Voices from West Coast bishop area were ready to present their musical performance to all at their annual concert in Saxonsea church.
This took place on Saturday 21 November 2009. Present on the day were Apostle C van der Merwe and Bishop P Killian who opened the proceedings with a prayer. Thereafter the choir dazzled the audience with festive favourites such as I’ve got the joy and the comical Daar kom die Alibama. After a remarkable performance the senior members were treated to a lovely meal and together they look forward to their next concert.
