A haven of thankfulness

Cool To Care

The congregation of Sun Valley made their way to the Haven Night Shelter armed with home cooked meals and dessert on Saturday 5 December 2009. They were welcomed with open arms as the aroma of the delicious food filled the hall. There they took some time to listen to the life experiences of the residents and offered words of strength and encouragement. For the members of Sun Valley congregation this was an eye opening experience as they realized that many times it is the little things in life that is of the most value to us.
