Furthest town south of the Peninsula... |

On Sunday 25 July 2010 the congregations of Sun Valley and Da Gama Park celebrated their origins which date back to the 1960’s in St George's Street, Simon's Town, with a celebratory divine service conducted by Bishop N Warner.
Brothers and sisters came from across the peninsula, and beyond, to celebrate and talk about the "good old days". Some of the pioneering members from the former congregation of Simon's Town were also in attendance during the divine service which saw Priest D Bland being placed into retirement. Fondly they glanced at images of themselves and loved ones in their former years when they enjoyed a festive fellowship after a remarkable musical concert presented by the musicians.
