| An exciting day in Sunlands |

The congregation of Sunlands was turned on its head with laughter as the fun-filled activities for the Day of the Child 2009 commenced after the divine service. There was much excitement as the quizmaster set the parents and ministers up to challenge the competitive Sunday school children on various topics.After a few rounds of guessing games the children were the clear winners with more than 200 points on the board. This activity was followed by placing Shepherd Robertson in the hot seat as the children had prepared a few questions for him. One of their requests was for shepherd to sing his favourite hymn, As a deer, which he did with the help of all the ministers in the congregation. It was an exciting day for the children as for the first time this year they could share their Sunday school time with the entire congregation. Their excitement was expressed in laughter and song. The day was concluded with refreshments for all and some further exciting games for the children.
